Welcome! I'm Adrienne,
an award winning educator, coach, speaker, author and founder.

I help teachers and parents expand their capacity to lead so they can master their classroom management, improve family dynamics and give kids the educational support they deserve.

With nearly two decades of experience in K-8 education, my expertise spans across multiple school districts in the continental United States, as well as, Hawaii.

Cultivating empowering learning environments starts with building the character, confidence and resilience of our kids first. Making this our priority increases academic impact and consciously aligns with the wellbeing of our homes and schools.

My R.E.A.L. Resiliency Framework, downloadable resources, and workshops all focus on strengthening the foundational resiliency of families and classrooms.

It's time for parents, teachers and students to turn their need to survive the school year into a thriving academic experience.

Why should you make room for resiliency?

Without resiliency, kids can feel defeated even before they begin. They become withdrawn, more susceptible to peer pressure and their mental health suffers. When there's no room for resiliency, we're leaving the full potential of their learning experience behind.

True resiliency practices start in the nervous system and is impacted by our environment. It influences our effectiveness as an instructor and our ability to connect with our kids.

It's more than getting back up again after a fall, it's a shift in how we operate on a daily basis.

40% - 75% of students experience some level academic stress, learning inadequacy or burnout.

When we focus on building their resilience, this becomes their reality:

  • Enhanced learning endurance

  • Lowered stress and anxiety

  • Reduced bullying and behavioral challenges

  • Improved critical thinking

  • A healthy sense of self-worth

  • Academic ownership

  • Increased physical and mental wellness

"My students are blowing me away with their effort..."

My daughter Anna expressed a confidence in her math skills that I have never seen before. I asked her what contributed to it and she said the time with Mrs. Adrienne has really helped!

"Math use to be a challenging subject for me  ..."

Mrs. Adrienne is the best and has helped me in all the ways that I felt not confident. She gave me a nice sense of comfort and I could talk to her about problems that were happening in my class that no one else could really understand.

Prioritize student learning outcomes while maximizing the wellbeing of teachers and parents this school year.

"It's getting tougher everyday to be an engaged parent and an effective classroom teacher. The week begins with a countdown to the weekend. Frustrations are growing more frequently and unfortunately, students and families can feel it too.

The signs of strain and burnout are there, but they push through.

Unfortunately, they're not alone.

I've been there, along with 53% of educators and 92% of working parents.

This is their invitation to reclaim how they experience the school year.

Let's put systems in place to maximize student learning outcomes and increase the wellbeing of our teachers and parents."
