MAKE ROOM FOR RESILIENCY AND SAY YES TO A BETTER SCHOOL YEAR
Parent, Teacher & Student Empowerment
Solutions for homes and schools using proven systems and resiliency tools.
Let's build resilient, independent learners while reducing your overwhelm.
Here, teachers and parents learn how to expand their capacity to lead so they can master their classroom management, ease the overwhelm and give kids the right resources to build their resilience.

Overwhelmed with the demands of the school year?
Your day begins in a frenzy and a countdown to the weekend. The frustration snowballs from there. Your students and your family can feel it too.
The signs of burnout are there, but you push through.
Sound familiar? You're not alone.
I've been there, along with 53% of teachers and 92% of working parents.
This is your invitation to reclaim how you and your crew experience the school year. Let's put systems in place that maximizes student learning and benefits our wellbeing.
Hi! I'm Adrienne Collins,

an award-winning educator with nearly two decades of experience in K-8 education. My expertise spans across multiple school districts in the continental United States, to include Hawaii.
I'm passionate about cultivating empowering learning environments that start with building the character, confidence and resilience of our kids first. When we make this our priority, we increase academic impact and consciously align with the wellbeing of our homes and schools.
My R.E.A.L. Resiliency Framework, downloadable resources and workshops all focus on strengthening the foundational resiliency and environment of homes and schools.
It's time for parents, teachers and students to turn their need to survive into a thriving school year.

Why make room for resiliency?
Without resiliency, we're leaving the quality of our learning behind. Real resiliency starts in the nervous system and is impacted by our environment.

Resiliency influences our effectiveness as an instructor and our ability to connect with our kids.

It's more than just getting back up again after a fall, it's a shift in how we operate on a daily basis.

40 - 75% of students experience some level academic stress, learning inadequacy or burnout.

Here's what focusing on tools that build character and resilience can do:

-
Enhance learning endurance
-
Lower stress
-
Reduce bullying and behavioral challenges
-
Boost academic ownership
-
Strengthen self-worth
-
Increase overall health

"My students are blowing me away with their effort..."
My daughter Anna expressed a confidence in her math skills that I have never seen before. I asked her what contributed to it and she said the time with Mrs. Adrienne has really helped!

"Math use to be a challenging subject for me ..."
Mrs. Adrienne is the best and has helped me in all the ways that I felt not confident. She gave me a nice sense of comfort and I could talk to her about problems that were happening in my class that no one else could really understand.
